This is an excellent course for two main reasons: 1. The heavy emphasis on safety 2. The heavy emphasis on form Those two factors alone make the course worth enrolling on. It would be helpful if this was a PAID course (with a free coupon) so we could ask questions. That said, it’s great that the Instructor makes Announcements as often on FREE courses this does not happen. Suggestions: 1. Use at least 2 cameras to have a side view as well 2. For the safety aspects put each point in bullet form on the screen whilst you’re doing the exercise to triple stress the point being made Hopefully as this and other courses gain in popularity there’ll be the camera angles etc. However, again, this Instructor clearly knows what he is doing and has totally the right attitude.
